Allison 3000 Series™
The Allison 3000 Series is a 6-speed fully automatic transmission designed for medium- to heavy-duty commercial vehicles, accommodating engines from 210 to 450 horsepower (157–336 kW) with torque capacities up to 1,250 lb-ft (1,695 N·m). Featuring DynActive® Shifting technology, this transmission uses a sophisticated algorithm that continuously evaluates vehicle specifications, load, and driving conditions to select the most efficient shift points in real-time, delivering fuel savings without sacrificing performance. The integrated Neutral at Stop feature automatically shifts the transmission into neutral when the vehicle comes to a complete stop, eliminating engine load to reduce fuel consumption and emissions while a locked output shaft prevents rollback.
Allison 4000 and 4500 Series™ Uprate
The Allison 4000 and 4500 Series Uprate is purpose-built for construction applications including dump trucks, concrete mixers, refuse vehicles, and specialized off-highway machinery, delivering the robust performance and reliability required for constant stop-start cycles, heavy loads, and challenging terrain. With new power capacity up to 605 horsepower (451 kW) and torque handling up to 2,050 lb-ft (2,779 N·m), this transmission provides seamless shifting performance optimized for both empty and full-capacity hauls on construction sites with increased ratings for improved performance.
